Teknotik Teams up with Penguin Pick-Up

As Teknotik has grown over the past several years we have been challenged to serve our growing Canada wide customer base and develop solutions to our customers needs. With many people’s busy work schedules, they wanted an alternative to having their item shipped to their home where no one would be there to receive it. To continue to offer excellent customer service and meet the needs of our local Toronto based customers we wanted to find a unique and convenient way for those local customers to pick up parts in a safe and secure way if they chose not to have them shipped directly to their home or work –  and when it fits in their busy schedule.

This is where the great people at Penguin Pick-Up come in.  Penguin Pick-Up is a FREE service for customers to ship online orders to one location that receives your packages, lets you know when they have arrived and are then available for pickup. As soon as your item has been received at a location closest to you a Penguin Pick-Up team member will contact you immediately via your preferred contact method – e-mail, text message or phone call.  Once your package has arrived it is available for pick-up from 7am -9pm Monday to Friday and 10am-6pm Saturday and Sunday.  They offer a drive thru service where someone will bring your package right to your car.  We understand the difficulties of having items shipped to your house when you’re at work and Penguin Pick-Up helps relieve the stress knowing someone is always waiting to receive your package for you.

So how does this process work? Here is a simplified breakdown:

-Item is ordered on Teknotik.com or over the phone with Teknotik
-Select your local Penguin Pick-Up for delivery location
-Your purchased item from Teknotik gets delivered to the Penguin Pick-Up Location you have selected
-Penguin Pick-Up contacts you to let you know your item is there ready for pickup
-You now can go to the location at your convenience 7 days a week ( 7am -9pm Monday to Friday and 10pm-6pm Saturday and Sunday)
-You arrive at the location in your car and are greeted by a representative who will bring you your item.

It’s that simple!
