Return Policy

*Temporary return policy during the COVID-19 Outbreak*

Items Purchased after March 16, 2020 are "Final Sale" to maintain the health and safety of our customers and staff and compliance with best practices for package handling. Thank you for very much for understanding. This temporary policy will be lifted and regular policy will resume at a date TBA.

At Teknotik.com we have a 30 day return policy. Please Contact Us before shipping your return item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are special order, made to order, hazardous materials, electronics, internal engine components, liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Order Cancelation
Items that are special order cannot be cancelled once in transit from the manufacturer.
Made to order items cannot be cancelled under any conditions.
Black Friday and Boxing Week all sales final.
Cancelled orders that have not shipped will be subject to a payment processing fee (based on method of payment).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
