            I have bought a lot of stuff off of Eric at Teknotik and I must say that he is probably the most honest sales person I have had the pleasure dealing with. Awesome prices (finally no getting gouged by American pricing/shipping) and timely delivery. He even questioned if I needed certain parts when I was totally ready to buy them anyway. That's honesty at its best. He even went so far as to find me a used intermediate driveshaft that he made ZERO dollars off of but spent time calling around for me. That's as good as service gets.             I purchased over $850 in parts ranging from undertrays to general maintenance items such as wiper refills and marker lights. All prices were matched to the US Online Dealer prices but without any added duty or GST. It's not very often we in Canada enjoy the same luxuries as the US guys (cheap(er) prices). Shipping was much less of a hassle as well since it's within Canada. Will definitely do business with Teknotik again. If you're ever planning on buying anything from the US at the minimum give these guys a call and ask if they'll match the prices. It's worth your time. - 99RS

            Honestly I couldn't imagine doing business with anyone else.  I've tried other shops over the years and the prices/customer service always leave something to be desired which is why I just go to you first for everything now.  Elite Shop with highly knowledgable staff selling top quality parts and service.             I heard about Teknotik early this winter when I was looking to get my timing belt and clutch done, and called on a whim. What I found when I called was a dedicated enthusiast who has great connections in the parts supply business. As any of you Canadians are very painfully aware, the price we generally pay to shop local is much higher than our American brethren. Not so with Teknotik! I purchased a full OEM 90km service kit, Exedy hyper single Clutch and some other maintenance parts. The only thing I can say is wow! The price was very competitive and he had all the parts within a week. I picked them up and had them installed with no issues whatsoever. Yesterday I saw that he had OEM Zanardi floor mats in stock, and I couldn't resist. Again pricing was spot on, with the parts sitting on my porch when I came home from work today. If you're Canadian you owe it to yourself to give Eric a call and see if he can get you sorted out. - Sean

            It's definitely great to finally see a vendor in Canada to even offer parts for the NSX. And to top it off they have the best prices I have seen on OEM and aftermarket parts, lots of inventory, quick shipping and very knowledgeable and helpful.             Damn this guy is good!! I emailed him earlier today to inquire about a part (after hours) and within only a hour or so he responded. I was anticipating a reply the next day and was surprised to get a reply so soon. Eric informed me the part was in stock and emailed me a invoice. I paid for it right away and (anticipating tracking/shipping information the following day) Eric sent me tracking info. Not only did he send me tracking info right away, he included a picture of my package ready to be picked up by FedEx in the morning! I've never had customer service like this before here in the states. I would definitely recommend him to anyone (If my opinion matters) and would gladly order from him again. - Rick

            Just got my new throttle body today that I ordered thru teknotik and must say I'm happy with how fast it came and with the product I received thanks for all the help - Brad

            I had my timing belt and waterpump service done (precautionary) this spring at Teknotik. I had asked around Toronto with the usual suspects for quotes and the responses I got were astronomical prices which did not include all required items to do the job (really, updated tb cover is 'extra'?) OR the responses were inconsistent and delayed (sorry if I'm leaving my baby with you you better answer emails promptly, clearly, and explain things). Eric at Teknotik replies to my long-winded emails VERY quickly (especially when you consider the volume of price-check emails the guy must be dealing with) and also replies thoroughly and thoughtfully - making suggestions and offering guidance to save time and money and most important put your mind at ease. His techs are VERY knowledgable about the NSX and it's quirks (yes, there's many) and even went so far as to take photos of various areas of the engine that may need attention in the future while they had it apart. They also went through all the parts they took OFF my car when I picked it up which goes a long way to re-assure you of your maintenance regime and catch anything you're missing. While it was in I also had Eric install a Pride V2 exhaust (WHICH SOUNDS EPIC BY THE WAY) which they test fit first to make sure it fit with my downforce diffuser. Teknotik actually STOCKS oem and aftermarket parts for the NSX which is rare enough in any shop, let alone in Toronto, and let alone for the NSX, add to this the fact that he REALLY understands customer service (even MORE rare) and I honestly can't see taking my NSX anywhere else for this kind of service. There's lots of great shops in the GTA but Teknotik stands head and shoulders above in my opinion for service and quality when it comes to our cars. I would not hesitate to recommend any NSX owners within 1500km make the trip to him - he's that good. And for reference no Eric isn't paying me to say these things, he'll probably be embarrassed, but dealt with a lot of shops in the area so I think I have a great frame of reference. I've seen first hand and heard from other customers over and over the guy work himself to the ground for his customers whether they own a NSX or a Civic - that deserves recognition in our community. - Chris

            I just got my daily driver back from Teknotik and I just wanted to say how great Eric is and how well he runs his business. What I look for in a business is transparency, professionalism and courtesy and Eric has all of these.The K20 type R into an EP3 from what I understand is not a difficult job for those who know what they are doing, but Eric and company made it look like a walk in the park. Smooth from start to finish and he even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.He is a true Honda expert and I would not hesitate to trust your cars to him. - Peter

            Came to Teknotik after going to multiple shops to find out what was wrong with my tranny/clutch. Came randomly during the afternoon explaining in detail my problem. Colin + Eric took time out of their busy schedule to help me diagnose a problem that randomly went away in time. They told me to come back if it happens again. A few minutes after leaving, the problem came back and they gave me the complete and honest answer. I recommend these guys to everyone and I will be back to the shop to pick up parts for my eg9.
